1. Positioning mechanism of multifunctional surface DTH drilling rig
TAIYE-D50 drill rig uses side positioning method, equipped with telescopic system, can quickly and accurately locate the drilling position, avoiding waste caused by repeated movement of the rig during positioning .The telescopic system is a telescopic drill arm body and a positioning slide. All sides of the telescopic drill arm body are positioned by polymer plates and can be replaced to ensure the stability of the telescopic boom arm while avoiding the wear and tear of the telescopic boom body during the telescopic process. The stroke is 350mm. The drill arm can swing left and right by 15 °, which guarantees the verticality of drilling on uneven working surfaces.
2. Rotary reducer of multifunctional surface DTH drilling rig
The two-speed slewing assembly and imported hydraulic motor can adjust the slewing speed and slewing torque of the two-speed slewing assembly according to different rock formations and apertures, so as to achieve the ideal drilling effect. The parallel torque of the motor can reach 4500Nm and the instantaneous torque can reach 5200Nm.
3. Two-speed walking system of multifunctional surface DTH drilling rig
The chassis can be optionally equipped with rubber track pads, and a two-speed walking motor is used to achieve the whole machine's walking. Fast walking is used to achieve the fast movement of the whole machine. Low speed walking is mainly used to adjust the position of the opening , so as to accurately align the hole.
4. Dust removal system of multifunctional surface DTH drilling rig
Wet atomizing dust collector, with a capacity of 140L, can guarantee to reduce dust in field construction, effectively improve the air quality of the working environment and reduce the health damage to the construction personnel. This machine can also be equipped with dry dust removal.
