Ⅳ. Keep the air filter clean for anchor rig
If the air filter is too dirty, it will cause high resistance to air circulation, incomplete combustion of the mixture, and reduced engine power. When the anchor rig is maintained, the filter element cannot be cleaned by impact or knocking. It can be cleaned with compressed air, pressurized water or detergent; before the filter element is installed in the filter housing, make sure that the cleaned filter element is completely dry.
Ⅴ. The fuel system of the anchor rig should be maintained regularly
If the fuel filter effect is not good, the debris in the diesel will enter the fuel injection pump, which will easily accelerate the wear of the precision parts, which will reduce the engine power and increase the fuel consumption. If the water and gum in the fuel enter the cylinder, it will cause the combustible mixture to burn badly, resulting in a decrease in engine power and an increase in fuel consumption.
Therefore, the anchor rig must regularly replace the coarse and fine fuel filter elements, and always check whether the fuel pump and the fuel injection nozzle are leaking or damaged. If the fuel pump and fuel injection nozzle are leaking or damaged, they should be repaired in time.
Ⅵ. The oil of the anchor rig should be changed regularly
Failure to change the engine oil within the prescribed time or improper selection of engine oil will aggravate the wear of engine parts, adversely affect the performance and life of the engine, and increase engine oil consumption. For this reason, the anchor rig should strictly follow the instructions of the operating instructions, select the same series, grade and viscosity of the same oil, and change the oil regularly according to the instructions.
